Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, AccessFuel may collect personally identifiable information, such as your email address.

AccessFuel may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age and gender.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information when you register for an account, enter a sponsored promotion, sign up for offers, send us an email, or submit payment information. We use this information to communicate with you about the products and services you request.

We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Use of your Personal Information

AccessFuel collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.

AccessFuel may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from AccessFuel and its affiliates.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

AccessFuel does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. AccessFuel may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange deliveries. These partners may use your information only to provide services to AccessFuel and must maintain its confidentiality.

When a business turns on audience sync, we send the limited data described in Audience Sync to Advertising and CRM Platforms to the advertising or CRM account that business connects, at its direction.

AccessFuel may disclose personal information without notice when required by law, to comply with legal process, to protect the rights or property of AccessFuel, or to protect the personal safety of AccessFuel users or the public.

Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by AccessFuel. This can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. We use this information to operate the service, maintain service quality, and provide general website usage statistics.

Use of Cookies

The AccessFuel website may use "cookies" to personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file placed on your device by a web page server. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses and can be read only by the server that issued them.

Cookies help the website remember information you previously provided and make returning visits more convenient.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser settings to decline them. If you decline cookies, some interactive features may not work fully.

Security of your Personal Information

AccessFuel uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect personal information transmitted between your browser and our services.

We take appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of personal information. However, no transmission over the internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions, after receiving a verifiable request we will delete your personal information from our records and direct our service providers to delete it from their records.

We may retain information when it is necessary to:

• Complete a transaction, provide a requested service, or perform a contract between you and AccessFuel.
• Detect security incidents and protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
• Debug and repair errors that impair intended functionality.
• Protect free speech and other rights provided by law.
• Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act.
• Support qualifying public-interest research conducted in accordance with applicable ethics and privacy laws.
• Enable internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations.
• Comply with an existing legal obligation.
• Otherwise use the information internally in a lawful manner compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Children Under Thirteen

AccessFuel does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under thirteen. If you are under thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

Third-Party Accounts

You may connect your AccessFuel account to third-party accounts. By doing so, you consent to the continuous release of information in accordance with your privacy settings on those third-party services.

You may disconnect third-party applications from your dashboard at any time, or contact us by email or through the contact form.

Audience Sync to Advertising and CRM Platforms

Businesses that use AccessFuel can choose to keep their saved customer audiences up to date in advertising and marketing accounts they own: Google Ads customer lists, Meta Custom Audiences, HubSpot lists, and Klaviyo lists. Audience sync is off by default. Only a workspace owner or admin can turn it on, for one audience and one connected account at a time, after confirming that the business has its customers' consent to share their contact details for this purpose.

What we send to advertising platforms: for Google Ads and Meta, only email addresses and phone numbers, which we normalize and convert into one-way SHA-256 hashes before they leave AccessFuel, so the platform can match them to its users without receiving them in plain text.

What we send to CRM and email marketing platforms: for HubSpot and Klaviyo, we send email addresses to the business's own account to find the people already there and add them to the list. The business chooses, for each audience, whether to add only people who already exist in that account, or everyone in the audience. When it chooses everyone, we create the missing contacts (HubSpot) or profiles (Klaviyo) with only their email address, first name and last name. We never change anyone's marketing or email subscription status: contacts we create in HubSpot are non-marketing contacts, recorded with the legal basis the business selects, and profiles we create in Klaviyo are never subscribed. We never send phone numbers, postal addresses, purchase history, or other customer attributes to HubSpot or Klaviyo, and we never send names to Google Ads or Meta. People who have unsubscribed from the business's marketing emails are never sent to any platform.

How it is used: the platform uses this data only to build the audience in the business's own account, which the business then uses under that platform's terms (for example, Google's Customer Match policy and Meta's Custom Audience terms). We update each audience once a day, adding people who joined and removing people who left. We act on the business's instructions as its service provider, and this is not a sale, rental, or lease of customer lists.

What we keep: the encrypted authorization for the connected account, the list's identifier on the platform, the hashed identifiers we sent, and, for HubSpot and Klaviyo, the platform's own identifier for each person, so we know whom to remove later. Names are used only while sending and are never stored by audience sync. When the business turns sync off, deletes the audience, or disconnects the account, we remove everyone from the external list wherever the connection still allows it (the list itself stays in the business's account), and we delete the identifiers we kept for it. Contacts and profiles we created stay in the business's HubSpot or Klaviyo account, which the business controls.

Your choices: if you are a customer of a business that uses AccessFuel and want to be removed from its audiences, contact that business or unsubscribe from its marketing emails, and you will be removed at the next daily update. You can also email info@accessfuel.com and we will act on your request within 30 days. Businesses can remove AccessFuel's access at any time in Google Ads, in Meta Business Settings (Integrations › Connected apps), in HubSpot (Connected apps), or in Klaviyo (Integrations, or by deleting the private API key it created for AccessFuel).

Google User Data

If you connect a Google service to AccessFuel or sign in with Google, we access Google user data only with your permission and only for the features you choose to use.

What we access: when you sign in with Google, your name, email address, and profile picture. When you connect Google Ads, the account, campaign, ad group, ad, budget, audience, label, and performance data of the Google Ads accounts you authorize. When you connect Google Analytics, the reports and property details of the Google Analytics properties you select. When you connect Google Ads customer lists, permission to manage customer lists in the Google Ads account you choose.

How we use it: to show your Google data in your private AccessFuel workspace, including dashboards, analysis, and answers from the AccessFuel assistant, and to combine it with the other data sources you connect. We only read this data, with one exception: if a workspace owner or admin turns on audience sync and grants AccessFuel permission to manage customer lists, we create and update customer lists in the Google Ads account they choose, as described in Audience Sync to Advertising and CRM Platforms. We never create, edit, or delete campaigns, ads, budgets, or anything else in your Google Ads account, and we never write to Google Analytics.

What we do not do:

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based ads.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• We do not share Google user data with third parties, except with service providers that process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and only to provide the features you use, when you direct us to, or when required by law.
• Our staff do not read your Google user data unless you ask us to (for example, for support), it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
• AccessFuel's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage, Retention, and Deletion of Google User Data

Google access tokens are encrypted at rest. Synced Google data is stored in your workspace and protected as described in Security of your Personal Information.

You can disconnect a Google service at any time from your AccessFuel integration settings. When you disconnect, we stop accessing your Google account and delete the stored access tokens. You can also remove AccessFuel's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

Data already synced stays in your workspace after you disconnect. To have it deleted, email info@accessfuel.com and we will delete it within 30 days of a verified request.

Email Communications

AccessFuel may contact you by email with announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and other communications. We may receive a notification when you open an email or click a link so we can improve our services.

You may opt out of marketing or promotional communications by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.

External Data Storage Sites

We may store your data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

Changes to this Statement

AccessFuel may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes by email, a prominent notice on the website, and/or an update to this page.

Your continued use of the website or services after a change means that you acknowledge and agree to the updated Privacy Policy.
